Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible locations across India.
  • We reserve the right to refuse COD orders in cases of repeated order cancellations or failed deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Zyka Beauty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
